on July 17, 2021Wrong time of the day. All "serious" photographers strive to photograph this arch in the morning when the first rays of sun hit the bottom of the arch and make it glow bright red. This said it is not easy to find a spot at any vantage point because by sunrise all "orchestra stalls" are tightly occupied by "serious" and "very serious" photographers. Keep trying...
